1. Enrolment and Class Placement

Selective Success Academy provides specialized online mentorship and term-based courses.

1.1. Enrolment Confirmation: Enrolment is only finalized once payment has been received in accordance with our Payment Policy.

1.2. Course Availability and Waitlists: Class sizes are strictly limited to maintain our "Culture of Excellence". If a chosen course or online class is full at the time of your enquiry or payment, your child will be placed on a waitlist, and you will be notified as soon as a placement becomes available.

1.3. Provision of Information: You must provide accurate and complete details during the enrolment process. Inaccurate information provided intentionally may result in the delay or cancellation of an enrolment.

1.4. Indemnification: All students and parents/guardians jointly indemnify Selective Success Academy against any and all claims whatsoever, whether legal, equitable, under statute or otherwise, arising out of the use of our digital platforms, Microsoft Teams environment, or any breach of confidentiality.

2. Payment Policy

2.1. Payment Terms: All fees are payable via bank transfer following the issuance of a Selective Success Academy invoice. Term fees are due in full by the invoice due date or as per an agreed installment plan.

2.2. Enrollment Guarantee: Enrolment is not guaranteed, and class joining links (Microsoft Teams) will not be issued, until the term fee is paid in full or the initial payment under an approved installment plan is received.

2.3. Resource Issuance: Lesson materials and other learning resources will only be issued upon full payment of the term fees or upon receipt of the initial payment under an approved installment plan.

2.4. Fee Arrears: We offer half-termly payment installments. These must be paid by the specified dates on the invoice. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate the enrolment of a student whose fees are in arrears.

2.5. Fee Changes: We reserve the right to change the value of all and any discounts, and to change the cost of fees charged, at any time.

3. Attendance and Absence

3.1. Expected Attendance: Students are expected to attend all lessons for which they are enrolled.

3.2. Absence and Lesson Recordings: If a student is unable to attend a scheduled live lesson, they are required to watch the lesson recording, which is made available within our internal ecosystem.

3.3. Make-up Lessons: The provision of lesson recordings serves as the primary resource for students who miss a live session.

3.4. No Credits for Missed Lessons: Credits or refunds will not be provided for any missed lessons.

4. Intellectual Property and Copyright

4.1. Copyright Protection: All lesson materials, digital booklets, and curriculum resources provided by Selective Success Academy are protected by copyright laws.

4.2. No Sharing of Materials: Any materials downloaded or received by the student are for their personal educational use only. Sharing, distributing, or reproducing these materials with any third party is strictly prohibited.

4.3. Video Content Restrictions: Lesson recordings and video materials are provided for streaming through our internal platforms only. Students and parents are strictly prohibited from downloading, recording, or redistributing any video content.

5. Student Conduct

5.1. Behavioural Expectations: Students are expected to maintain exemplary behavior as per our "Culture of Excellence".

5.2. Disruptive Behaviour: We reserve the right to terminate the enrolment of a student for any disrespectful or disruptive behavior in live classes or 24/7 support channels. In the event of such a termination, a refund for any future classes paid for but not yet attended will be provided.

6. Internal Lesson Recordings and Privacy

6.1. Consent for Internal Recordings: You consent to the recording of online lessons, which may include your child's image, voice, and participation. Consent is a mandatory condition of enrolment, as these recordings form an essential part of the Selective Success Academy educational support system.

6.2. Results and Marketing: Selective Success Academy reserves the right to advertise student names, school exam results, and Selective Offer results for promotional purposes.

6.3. Confidentiality and Data Protection: All personal details provided to Selective Success Academy are kept strictly confidential. We will seek parent or guardian permission before disclosing any student information to third parties, unless such disclosure is required or authorized by law.

7. Refunds and the "Success-Guaranteed" Trial

7.1. Trial Policy: We offer a success-guaranteed trial lesson. If you choose to discontinue after the first class, the lesson is 100% free. If you decide to continue for the term, that initial lesson is included in the total term tuition.

7.2. Refund Eligibility: Beyond the trial lesson, a refund of the remaining term’s classes is available within the first 14 days from your child's first lesson. This will be calculated on a pro-rata rate of the remaining teaching hours.

8. Website Usage & Intellectual Property

8.1. Site Content: All content on this website (including blog posts, games, designs, and text) is the intellectual property of Selective Success Academy. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any content without written permission.

8.2. No Warranty: Information provided on this website is for general educational purposes only. We do not guarantee that using our website or free resources will result in specific academic outcomes or exam offers.

8.3. Availability: We do not guarantee that our website will be available at all times and are not liable for any downtime or technical issues.
