Questions parents ask
Are these real HAST or EduTest questions?
No. Selective Success Academy wrote every question in the style of each test. None is a past paper or an official question. ACER says HAST past papers are not available, and Edutest offers no past papers.
Do we need to sign up?
No. The tests are free, need no email, and mark your answers on the page. Only the free sample exam, offered after a test, asks for an email.
Which test should my child do?
The one their target school uses. Choose the school and year above, or check the table. If your child is applying to schools that use different tests, try each one.
Is the writing task marked?
No. Each test ends with a writing prompt, a checklist of what markers look for and a self-check, so your child can review their own work. Students in our term courses get marking feedback on their writing.
